Why are you in the long term care industry?
I feel very connected and drawn to the elderly population. I have been fortunate to grow up with great grandparents and grandparents who influenced me as I was growing up, to be respectful of my elders.
Express your passion for the Elderly;
I am amazed and excited to talk with the elderly. They have wisdom, charm, knowledge, not to mention the stories and experiences they have seen and been through. My family had the privilege of having my grandfather live with us for 11 years, he left us last year, but not from our memories and hearts. What a treasure for my children to have childhood memories of a 90 year young man who left you laughing, and smiling at some quirky saying or dance he would do around the house. There is a huge elderly population growing in our industry, I look forward to each and every one of them touching our lives, it only takes one conversation.
What is your most treasured moment in long term care?
I have had many, there was a time several years ago when I was working as a Respiratory Therapist and a patient of mine would time my visits and wait to eat her lunch until I arrived. She would share a story of her growing up while we shared her dessert.
Brief description of job responsibility;
Responsible for company growth in the long term arena. Manage Sales in Texas and California and other strategic markets along with managing our internal Marketing department.

I have been a native Californian, I grew up in Northern CA, then eventually settled in the Central Valley, "God’s Country” I have two beautiful children Garrett and Morganne, both who are blessings.
My favorite hobby is #1 being a Mom, both children are active in sports and activists and in fact my second job is Bus Driver/Taxi….My extreme hobby is Dance, My daughter and I dance together in a performing arts group for Modern and TAP. We frequently do shows for such charities as City of Hope, Veterans Day Celebration. My favorite Quote ““EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE FOR HIM WHO BELIEVES” Mark 9:23.
