Hallmark's recruitment department partnered with the therapy team at Baywind Village Convalescent Center in League City, TX to produce five recruitment videos. Thank you to the DOR and team at Baywind!!!!

These videos highlight each of the professional disciplines (OT, PT, ST), the DOR position and the experience of a new graduate who joined the company as a CFY. Each video also focuses on the benefits of working at Hallmark through employee testimonials. The recruitment department will use these videos with candidates and with college students. I believe using this new audio/visual medium with our candidates will enhance our recruitment efforts and demonstrate how rewarding working in the long term care setting can be.

Hallmark’s Student Loan Assistance Program provides up to $8000 in financial support for eligible students in their final year of school. In return, we look for one year of employment in a mutually agreeable location.

Hallmark Rehabilitation currently provides services to over 160 long term care facilities in six states. The majority of our employment opportunities are in California and Texas, however we offer opportunities through out Arizona, Kansas, Missouri and Nevada.

In addition to our loan program, Hallmark Rehabilitation is dedicated to offering students practical experience with the geriatric population in our long term care rehabilitation programs by providing Level I and Level II Clinical Affiliations.
